WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
A blend of gentle guidance, personal reflection, yin yoga, meditation, breathwork, journaling, and sound, creating space to slow down, tune in, and respond to what your body needs.

Session 1 | Wintering
This session explores the wisdom of slowing down, conserving energy, and honouring the quieter, more inward seasons of life.
Wintering can be both literal and metaphorical, the times we naturally withdraw and rest, as well as the periods of life that feel more challenging, uncertain, or depleting. Times of grief, transition, burnout, or emotional heaviness where simply getting through the day requires more of us than it used to.
Rather than pushing through, this evening offers permission to soften, pause, and be supported exactly as you are.

Session 2 | Remembering
This session is an invitation to reconnect with your inner world beneath the roles, expectations, and responsibilities of daily life.
Through gentle practice and reflection, we will explore identity, intuition, and the quiet wisdom that often gets lost in the busyness of living.

Session 3 | Boundaries
What if boundaries were not separation, but self-respect in action?
Many women have spent years holding space for others while quietly overriding their own needs.
This session gently explores what it means to honour your energy, say no without guilt, and create space for your wellbeing without abandoning connection.

An invitation to soften people-pleasing patterns and come home to your own yes and no.

Session 4| Integration
As the nervous system settles, this session invites everything to come together.
Rather than doing or changing anything, this is a space to notice what has shifted — physically, emotionally, and internally — over the course of the series.
Integration is the quiet process of allowing experience to settle in the body, making sense of what has been felt, and creating space for new awareness to take root.

Session 5 | Flourishing
What becomes possible when you are no longer living in constant over-giving or depletion?
This final session explores what it means to flourish in midlife, not through striving or reinvention, but through alignment, self-trust, and presence.
A space to reconnect with joy, possibility, and the version of life that feels more like your own.

An invitation to move forward with greater ease, authenticity, and trust.

Due to limited places, cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable, however you may transfer your place to another person. If the workshop is cancelled by the facilitator, a full refund will be provided.
