If you are unable to attend your appointment for some reason, 24 hours-notice is requested. A full refund minus an administration fee of $5:00 will be provided.Â
If you are unable to provide 24 hours-notice I will need to charge a cancellation fee of half of your normal session
rate and if it is less than 1 hour notice or if you miss your appointment without providing notice, I will charge the full session rate.
