If you are unable to attend your appointment for some reason, 24 hours-notice is required. A full refund minus an administration fee of $5:00 will be provided.Â

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the standard session fee.
Cancellations made with less than three hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice, will incur the full session fee.
