The nervous system reset series for Women is
A nourishing series of monthly afternoon sessions designed to support you to slow down, reconnect, and restore.
While the sessions may form a natural unfolding, each one is a complete experience in itself. You are warmly welcome to attend all or any individual session that resonates with you.
Through gentle yoga postures, guided reflection, meditation, sound, and meaningful inner inquiry, each session offers a space to step out of the demands of daily life and reconnect with yourself

There will be a blend of gentle guidance, quiet personal reflection, and simple awareness practices drawn from mindfulness and embodied self-awareness.
You’ll be supported to:
- slow down your nervous system
- notice what’s been sitting beneath the surface
- notice what’s actually going on inside you, without trying to change it
- begin to understand what’s been shifting for you
The session will close with a short, guided meditation to help you integrate and leave feeling more grounded.
Everything is designed to feel accessible, calm, and human. No intensity. No overwhelm.

- Why you may feel less steady, more reactive, or not quite like yourself
- How ongoing stress and life load can quietly affect your energy, patience, and sense of self
- The subtle ways disconnection builds over time without you realising it
- What helps you begin to feel more grounded, present, and resourced in your day-to-day life

A greater sense of calm in the body, a little more space in the mind, and a softening of that constant “push through” energy.
Things that felt confusing or heavy at the start of the session can feel a little easier to name or understand. Not fully resolved, but less tangled, less noisy.
A quiet reconnection to self that isn’t dramatic, but is felt. A sense of being a little more present, a little more grounded, and a little less far away from yourself than when you arrived.
And from there, a subtle awareness of what feels important to you right now can begin to emerge.

Due to limited places, cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable, however you may transfer your place to another person. If the workshop is cancelled by the facilitator, a full refund will be provided.
