This is not about fixing yourself.

It’s about slowing down enough to notice what’s actually happening beneath the surface, and beginning to make sense of your experience from a place of calm attention rather than overwhelm.

WHAT THE MINI MIDLIFE RESET IS
This is a guided, workshop that gently supports you to reconnect with yourself through reflection, awareness, and nervous system grounding practices.
It is not information-heavy. It is not analytical.
It is designed to bring you back into contact with your own internal signals.
You will be guided, not rushed. Supported, not stretched. Held in a way that allows you to soften, notice, and listen inwardly.

There will be a blend of gentle guidance, quiet personal reflection, and simple awareness practices drawn from mindfulness and embodied self-awareness.
You’ll be supported to:
- slow down your nervous system
- notice what’s been sitting beneath the surface
- notice what’s actually going on inside you, without trying to change it
- begin to understand what’s been shifting for you
The session will close with a short, guided meditation to help you integrate and leave feeling more grounded.
Everything is designed to feel accessible, calm, and human. No intensity. No overwhelm.

Things that felt confusing or heavy at the start of the session can feel a little easier to name or understand. Not fully resolved, but less tangled, less noisy.

And from there, a subtle awareness of what feels important to you right now can begin to emerge.

Cancellations within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable, however you may transfer your place to another person. If the workshop is cancelled by the facilitator, a full refund will be provided.
